Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

6. Sports Betting Rules

• A bet is only confirmed once it has been accepted and a bet reference number has been issued to the user. Bets in a pending state have not yet been accepted.
• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be amended or cancelled by the user, except where the cash-out option is available and exercised prior to the market closing.
• SSHBet reserves the right to void any bet where a manifest error in odds has occurred. Manifest error means an odds price that is clearly incorrect relative to the fair market price at the time of placement.

Live in-play betting is subject to a short delay to account for network transmission. SSHBet accepts no liability for bets placed based on outcomes that have already occurred at the time of placement due to this delay.

7. Casino & Games Rules

All casino games on SSHBet use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of Live Casino, real dealers operating under monitored conditions. The house edge and return-to-player (RTP) percentages vary by game and are available within the game information panels.

General casino rules applicable to all games:

• Game results are final once a round is completed. Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays for the affected round, and your stake will be returned.
